Following on from the previous post…. I have decided to meet my brain half way and have booked a half marathon in early November which gives me just over 4 months to start from scratch and being at least 4 st heavier than I’ve ever been when running.
I’ve decided to go with ‘Cancer Research half marathon training for beginners’ as it is incredibly slow paced and starts with walking, gradually moving to running.
