After seeing loads of recipes with added protein powder, I decided to buy a bag from PHD Protein again. I managed to steal a bargain of a bag for £10 peanut chocolate flavoured.
What I didn’t notice previously, was the quick recipe on the back for a mousse. You literally add one scoop of protein powder to 80-100ml of milk and mix until a mousse texture. Pop in the fridge and hey presto.
I ended up adding a few dark chocolate chips and a sprinkling of flax seeds to mine. Very quick and simple delicious snacks.
