Happy Sunday folks. After a week of Gousto lunches and protein shake dinners (bar one day) I’m down 3ibs according to the scales.
Bit more optimistic about the shakes and much closer to my half a stone goal by end of Jan. I know there’s more to be done and trying very hard not to keep feeling depressed about having to lose 3st just to get back to my weight when I was ‘fat’. Don’t get Covid twice folks! Esp of you have PCOS.
