It’s the end of April and I have now completed my 30 day Sit-Up challenge where I started at 50 sit-ups and then added 10 more each day. Unfortunately, I haven’t got a washboard stomach yet but it has definitely helped shape it! I won’t be adding ten more each day from now bit I am definitely going to do at least 300 sit-ups everyday from now on.
As this challenge has been a success, I have decided to take part in another for May. It’s called the 30 day wall sit challenge. (I will add one more day on the end) and it goes like so….
