April Challenge

I’ve decided to set myself monthly challenges to run along side my main workouts.

This month I have decided to do a sit-up challenge. Today, I did 50 sit-ups. Each day I will increase the number by ten. So by the end of the month I should be doing 350.

If anyone else fancies doing this with me, let me know! We can compare burning stomachs!!!

Let the challenge commence!
