Just thought I’d share a very quick, healthy and tasty snack idea with you guys. Again, it consists of fruit and Peanut Butter and, again, I saw it on Twitter. It’s simply apple with Peanut Butter on.
I thought the idea was mad when I first saw it but, having just tried it, it’s not bad at all. And I don’t even like Peanut Butter! It’s definitely for those who want an energy boost which is what I really need for the rest of my shift. It is also rather filling!
